Each and every day in fact
At least an hour.
This morning I step
On the scale to see rewards
And instead I've gained.

I'm gonna say what you don't want to hear. Muscle weighs more than fat. It's true! The scale might not cooperate but your pants will! Good going!!
i was gonna say what secret agent mama said...muscle weighs more than fat so...don't worry about it!!! keep exercising...weight will come off!!
That does suck. Give it TIME -- you're busy changing your whole metabolism -- give it time to catch up!

And good for you! I'm trying to convince myself that chasing 3 toddlers and an infant is sufficient exercise.
I totally was going to say what SAM did. Muscle does weigh more. And, actually, you will notice the increase and then the weight will start to come off...and the clothes will fit better.
Good for you for doing the exercise. I am so feeling your pain about the gain. That SUCKS!
